Ali Amran, M.Pd, M.A, Ph.D. got his Master&#8217;s degree in the field of Science Education\u00a0 at IKIP Bandung\u00a0 in 1982 and, USA in the field of Anorganic Chemistry at\u00a0 State University of New York in 1988 , and his Doctoral degree in the field of Educational management at the Clarkson University USA in 1994.
