Prof. Dr. Mega Iswari. M.Pd got her Master’s degree in Counseling Guidance at Universitas Negeri Padang in 1998, and her Doctoral degree in Counseling Guidance at Universitas Pendidikan Bandung in 2006. She has been a Counseling Guidance at Universitas Negeri Padang for years.
Prof. Dr. Mega Iswari. M.Pd has written some books related to the Individual Learning Model, Development of Career Guidance Model, Development of authentic assessment problem-based, Career Guidance Model from 2017 to 2021.
