The aim of the tracer study:
- To determine the employability and the status of employment of the Doctoral Program of Educational Sciences (DPES) alumni
- To collect the appraisal from the labor market
- To obtain feedback from alumni for developing DPES
- To obtain feedback from the labor market for DPES to fulfill market demand
SAMPLES
The samples were alumni who graduated in 2018-2021 and their employers.
DATA COLLECTION
Data were collected via survey using questionnaires for alumni and the labor market. The collected data were analyzed using the descriptive statistic (percentages and diagrams)
RESULTS
The followings are descriptions of the results of the tracer study from the year 2018-2021.
Participants in the survey for the tracer study are as follows:
- 2018: 35 alumni
- 2019: 42 alumni
- 2020: 60 alumni
- 2021: 62 alumni
The samples are 199 (97% of the total graduates from 2018-2021). Meanwhile, the number of the labor market who participated in this study was 93 (75% of the total labor market).
