Professor Rusdinal is a teaching staff of Padang State University’s Doctoral Degree Program. His doctorate in Education Management was awarded by Malang State University. He was the Dean of the Faculty of Education and Director of the Institute for Research and Community Service at the same university. He oversaw the Association of Indonesian Education Management/Administration Study Program as well. Rusdinal has also published several books in his area of expertise.
