Prof. Drs. Ali Amran, M.Pd, M.A, Ph.D. got his Master’s degree in the field of Science Education at IKIP Bandung in 1982 and, USA in the field of Anorganic Chemistry at State University of New York in 1988 , and his Doctoral degree in the field of Educational management at the Clarkson University USA in 1994. He is an active Literatur Review in Science Education works as teaching staff in the FMIPA UNP Department.
