New student admissions are conducted once a year. Registration starts in February every year. Selection will be made in June, and the announcement of the election results will be delivered in July. To apply, applicants must submit a portfolio that includes:
- S1 and S2 certificates (one of which must be in the field of education)
- S2 transcript (minimum GPA 3.00)
- Letter of recommendation from 2 Professors
- CV containing research and publication experiences
- Research Proposal
In addition to submitting a portfolio, applicants must also take the TPA, TOEFL, and interview. More information about new student admissions can be seen at:

- Have carried out adequate guidance Both Advisors (evidenced by notes on the guidebook)
- Obtaining approval from the Advisor and Co-Advisor (on the form provided by the Doctoral Program Of Education Sciences) (S3)
- Have attended at least 10 proposal seminars or doctoral colloquium (at least 5 times in the Doctoral Program Of Education Sciences)
- Have attended at least 1 national or international seminar since being registered as a student of the Doctoral Program Of Education Sciences)
- Passed the proposal plagiarism test (maximum likeness = 30%)
- It has obtained the approval of both Advisors (on a special sheet provided by the Administration).
- Have consulted the results of the research at least 3 times (proven in the guidebook).
- Have attended at least 10 research seminars (at least 5 times in the Study Program).
- Passed the plagiarism test (maximum similarity 25%).
- Has been a presenter at the Doctoral Symposium by the UNP Pascasarja.
- Have published 1 article at least in indexed international proceedings / accredited national journals (minimum Sinta 3).
- Completed the improvement of the results Seminar (evidenced by Acc on the improvement matrix).
- Has obtained approval from the Advisor, Study Program Coordinator, and Deputy Director I (on the sheet provided by the Administration).
- Has been a presenter at the doctoral symposium (2) at the UNP Postgraduate Program.
- Have published at least 1 article in a reputable international journal (minimum Q3).
- Have met the TOEFL requirements (minimum 500).
- Passed the plagiarism test (maximum similarity 20%).
- Passed the results of the dissertation feasibility test by the external examiner.
- Have completed the repair of closed exam results (evidenced by Acc on the repair matrix by all those present on the Closed Exam).
- It has received approval from the Advisors Team, Study Program Coordinator, and Deputy Director I (on the sheet provided by the Administration).
- Have taken at least 5 open exams (booked on the activity book following the seminar).
