EVALUATION AND REFLECTION OF UNP GRADUATE STUDENT PERFORMANCE

One of the efforts to foster cohesiveness and shared vision and mission between the UNP Postgraduate leaders and the Education Personnel in the UNP Postgraduate environment, Thursday, February 4, 2021, in the UNP Postgraduate meeting room, a group meal was held while light discussions in reflecting on service performance.

Prof. Eri Barlian as Chair of the UNP Postgraduate Environmental Science Doctoral Program, on occasion also attended by Dr. Indang Dewata (Chairman of the Environmental Science Masters Program), Dr. Fetri Yeni (Chairman of the Master Program in Educational Technology), and Dr. Erianjoni (UNP Postgraduate Journal Manager), explained that excellent service is applied to all Postgraduate stakeholders, both internally (students, lecturers, and staff) and externally. Excellent service in Postgraduates must synergize with excellent service, which is also applied at Padang State University, which was first implemented. Then, later it will become a good unit for providing services to all.

Next, Prof. Dr. Dedi Hermon (Wadir II Postgraduate UNP) explained that excellent service must start with discipline and order. All services provided to students are prepared optimally so that we are ready whenever students need us.

UNP Postgraduate Director (Prof. Dra. Yenni Rozimella, Ph.D.), accompanied by Postgraduate Deputy I (Prof. Dr. Atmazaki), said there were still obstacles to implementing excellent service at UNP Postgraduate. These obstacles have been evaluated and can be overcome and resolved because the implementation of excellent service at Postgraduate UNP must continue to be improved (PPS/public relations UNP)
